Custom Cyclo-Cross

A fine selection of specific tubes assembled to provide a compliant yet resilient ride. Frame is comprised of Columbus Zona throughout with the exception of a Columbus Life downtube. The traditional new england segmented fork features tried and true Reynolds tubes. Classic top tube cable routing keeps the frame clean and easy for portaging. It's the small details that showcase many years of building mountain bikes. Seattube slotted towards the front, to eliminate contamination and to provide a nice placement of a brake hanger mount towards the rear. Pulley located at the bottom of the seattube will accommodate the traditional road front derailleur. Frame and fork will allow for 35mm tires and still provide plenty of mud clearance. Of course we can't forget the quality of the welds. Smooth and clean to the point they almost disappear under the powdercoat. No globs of excess material at the joints, ah the beauty of quality steel. Roll all this together with a sharp but stable front end and an elevated bottom bracket, you have a competition cyclo-cross machine ready for any style of course or even light singletrack.
