We can all thank Mr. Tom Ritchey for his ingenious Breakaway lug and compression collar system. Using these components in the frame building process yields a full sized collapsable racing bicycle with no loss in stiffness or performance. When broken down this bicycle will fit into a 9" x 26" x 29" travel case. When the request came in for a bicycle to travel with, Igleheart jumped at the chance to use this system. Columbus steel throughout and real track drops make this a purpose specific machine. It's simple, functional and beautiful, what else could I say.
